Mountain Communities of Resilience is in the process of becoming a Transition Town Initiative following the model and many of the processes tested and recommended by those who've trailblazed sustainability at the community level. There are two national Transition websites hosting a wealth of training and resources for those communities considering (mulling) becoming a Transition Initiatives and those who have already become Transition Initiatives. One is in the United Kingdom and the other is in the United States. Here are some of the pages where you can explore Transition and learn how to live more sustainably.
